- Discounted Sponsor Pass $150.00 + HST

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The event will issue full refunds for forum registrations less a $50.00 administration fee for all written requests received before September 10, 2015. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date.
Substitutions are allowed when the name of the individual substituting is provided in writing prior to September 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM EDT. All approved refunds will be issued after the event.
